OUR MISSION
Muse Movement is a passionate Pilates and movement community that strives to make the practice accessible to all. We provide an experience that helps you unplug from your life and tune into your body. We celebrate that everyone’s body and experience with movement is unique and invite you to get curious about yours. With deep knowledge and compassion, and in a light-hearted environment, we offer you the tools to grow and feel empowered in body, mind and heart - on and off the mat.
The Muse Movement Brick and Mortar Studio is housed on land that has been cared for by the Anishinaabe Nation and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Senecas, the Huron-Wendat, the Petun, and most recently the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations. As a studio that is made up of settlers, we recognize that our presence upholds legacies of colonialism. We commit to learning about the treaties and agreements that govern this land. The spaces from which we teach virtually are also on occupied Turtle Island land. We encourage you to visit native-land.ca to learn more about the history of the land you are moving with us on.
Help us improve
The happiness of our community is the most important thing to us. We would absolutely love it if you gave us your honest feedback. And, don’t worry - it’s completely anonymous.
